Reserve a Villa
- All rates are US Dollars (USD) and subject to the Season Rates as indicated.
- Add 13% CI Government Tax and 5% Service Charge to all rates.
- Children 12 and under Stay Free.
- Additional guests: add on US$50.00 per night.
- Booking Policy: All reservations made require a 3 night deposit in order to confirm (if applicable).
- Full Payment is due 2 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: In order to receive your full deposit returned, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival date. If canceled within 30 days of arrival your deposit is non-refundable.
- Holiday Rates: December 20 to the 5 of January add USD $150.00 per night (Holiday Surcharge).
- Holiday Bookings: A 50% deposit at time of booking required; full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Holiday Bookings Cancellation Policy: Require a 60 day prior to arrival notice of cancellation in order to receive a full refund, otherwise deposit is non-refundable.
